Signal Threshold
Predefined metric movement that triggers a Signal Review or Pivot Session.
Pivot Window
Max time between shipping and measuring. If outcome hasn't moved, reassess.
Friction Tax
Measurable cost of any process that slows delivery. Too high? Eliminate it.
Floq Burst
Intense, focused push to ship a high-priority outcome. Voluntary and short.
Outcome Debt
Shipped features that never achieved their intended outcome. Tracked and addressed.
